As a supplier of services pursuant to Sec. 7 (1) German Teleservices Act (GTA), we are responsible under general law for the proprietary contents on these pages. According to Sec. 8 to 10 GTA, as a supplier of services, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted, transferred or stored third-party information or investigate circumstances suggesting illegal activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected by this. However, any liability in respect of this only becomes possible from the date when the supplier becomes aware of a specific infringement. On being notified of such infringements, we will immediately remove said content.
