The Storz coupling, developed by Guido Storz in 1882, is used for fire service operations in many countries. Today, we produce Storz couplings in sizes ranging from 1″ to 12″. In addition, our product range also includes a large number of foreign couplings.
We offer different types of hoses for supplying water for firefighting. These can be fitted with different hose connections and couplings.
The wide variety of operating conditions also require different types of distributors. Customers can choose from double to four-outlet distributors in valve or ball cock versions.
In addition to the well-proven full jet branch pipes with diffuser spray, we also provide fog branch pipes for use. We can offer different couplings in conformity with other national standards here as well. The medium and heavy foam branch pipes are also available with inductors.
Standpipes for drinking water use are always equipped with a BA backflow preventer. Our assortment ranges from a single- to a six-outlet standpipe with water meters and hose couplings, in conformity with drinking water standards. Using our configurator, customers can order a standpipe that fits their requirements.
Our BA-type backflow preventers are used for the mobile supply of drinking water. They conform to European standards and the German Drinking Water Ordinance.
We supply couplings in brass or stainless steel for drinking water. In addition to the classic wire binding, the clamping ring version is also available as a hose binding.
Numerous accessories complete the product range. In addition to safety caps for hydrants and fittings for rinsing branch pipes, we also supply flow meters for testing hydrants.
In the industrial sector, hose couplings that differ from the standard models are often used. These include, for example, our Storz couplings with lever grips and hose supports made of steel for the conveyance of abrasive substances. Different adapters between different coupling systems make it possible to adapt to the local conditions.
Our DN 50, DN 80 and DN 100 standpipes and other country-specific connections can be fitted with different shut-off fittings and couplings. These can be fitted with suitable water meters – ranging from a multi-jet wet meter to a magneto-inductive meter.
The assortment ranges from suction hoses to special pressure hoses for different products in a variety of hose sizes. The coupling systems and materials are adapted to the requirements of the specific operation.
Hose protection ramps for different nominal widths, as well as other accessories, complete our product range.
Besides the Storz, the NOR, GOST or other couplings are also often used in shipbuilding.
The well-proven jet branch pipes in brass for firefighting and deck cleaning are also available with a water curtain function.
The hose connection fitting, which conforms to DIN 86211, is produced in red brass and is used on ships.
The available fittings also include the international firefighting ship to shore connection.
The Storz A coupling has become standard equipment for filling pellet storage facilities. Versions with screw joints or clamping ring joints are available.
The configurator for the filling system allows customers to adapt pipelines to local conditions. A galvanised version in aluminium or steel is available.
Our closing cap is available with a ventilation system, lockable and with a chain, thus reliably safeguarding the storage facility from being contaminated by foreign bodies.
In addition to the impact protection mats and potential equalisers, house connection boxes are also available.
In addition to Storz couplings, Perrot couplings can also be ordered as pipe connectors.
The standpipes for agriculture are designed for a high flow rate; models with water meters are available.
In the agricultural sector, hoses are primarily used as a connecting element between the tap and the irrigation line. To do this, we also offer abrasion-proof models for harsh operating conditions.
When used on Geka®, flange or other systems, the Storz adapters expand the area of application with different pipelines or hose lines.
